Hey! I'm Natalie, a certified Natural Chef, PSYCH-K® Facilitator and wellness advocate. As someone who has dealt with debilitating anxiety, gut issues and more for most of my life, I'm here to help you feel like your best self.
Through my own setbacks, I was able to find a healthy relationship with food and with myself. I've been through it all; from binge eating to restrictive dieting. I'm here to show you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There's unfortunately no magic formula or pill, and the reality is that we are all built differently. This is why I work with each client on an individual basis to find the best plan for you. My diet-free, whole-food, mind-body approach will help you make peace with food and yourself and live your best life. After all, a happy gut equals a happy and healthy you!
